All Sports Camp – Train, Play, Compete
Get ready for an action-packed mini-camp where kids stay active, build skills, and have a blast trying a variety of sports! In partnership with National Academy of Athletics, the All Sports Camp is designed for youth who love to move, compete, and be part of a team.
Throughout the camp, participants will rotate through different sports and activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, relay races, agility challenges, and more. Campers will learn basic skills, practice teamwork, improve coordination, and grow in confidence — all in a fun, encouraging environment.
The excitement builds all week as campers prepare for our grand finale: an Olympic-Style Event on the last day! Campers will be placed on teams, represent their “country,” and compete in a series of friendly challenges to earn points. The event will include team competitions, individual events, and a celebratory closing ceremony to recognize effort, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
Whether your child is new to sports or already loves to compete, All Sports Camp is the perfect place to stay active, make new friends, and finish strong on the podium!
The All Sports Mini Camp runs from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm with hands-on instruction in the gym for 2.5 hours every day. Campers are provided with breakfast and lunch and will join in The Zones' summer camp activities including art, sports, games, STEM activities and other scheduled programming outside of gym time daily.
