During Science & The Environment Week, youth participate in programming that fosters knowledge of the importance of identifying and utilizing renewable energy resources, and engaging in sustainable, environmentally-friendly practices in day-to-day life. Our 2023 & 2024 partners, Sonoma Clean Power and Recology, provided interactive presentations and engaged with youth in activities touching upon a variety of topics such as energy conservation, waste management, waste reduction, climate change, and much more.
